| Description |
I need someone to do the client sw and backend programming for a mobile app.
The app is aimed to match users depending on their profile/interests and the specific location
that they have manually registered as "available locations" (home, work, kids school...). This means that a specific user, once registered
and after profile completion, will ask the app to look for "compatible users" nearby; and will provide some messaging mechanisms in
order to facilitate a potential physical meeting between both.
We want to develop using a mobile framework such as PhoneGap (or similar) to be able to deploy in different mobile platforms such as IPhone, Android, etc.
at the same time. The application design is quite standard, in the sense that it will be using standard native objects (similar to WhatsApp or Twitter
iPhone apps), but with an elegant look and feel.
The mockup of real screens and workflow is already developed (for iPhone, aprox. 20 screens) and will be provided after agreement. Graphical resources will
be provided on demand. The database schema is already developed (MySQL) and required adaptation will be done if required. Backend batch processes
are also implemented and can be extended if needed.
In addition to the client itself (Mobile App), we need you to develop the server side. Basically we need a Web Services API to read/write to/from database.
We already have designed and implemented the Database scheme (in MySQL), but we still need the Web Services APIs (e.g. REST) implementation to link the user device with the data on the server side.
NDA is required to reach agreement.I basically need someone to move the project from a mobile app mockup plus database to a real live mobile application. |
